Our professor, Rebecca J. Passonneau, is going to give a presentation during the EdTech Engage 2017!


During the EdTech Engage 2017 on October 5th & 6th at Penn State University, Becky Passonneau is going to present at this year's Lightning Talk sessions. Her presentation Explainable Content Evaluation of Student Summaries and Other Texts takes place on October 6th, 1:10pm - 1:40pm, when the Afternoon Lightning Talks: The AI Landscape for EdTech are scheduled.

  The NLP lab team recently gathered at Becky's house for a casual get-together. It was a great mix of familiar faces and some fresh additions to the group. We had a good time chatting, exchanging NLP insights, and breaking the ice with our new lab colleagues. Becky's place offered an ideal setting for a laid-back evening, and it provided an excellent opportunity to socialize outside of our typical lab environment.
